  1. Call us to set up an initial consultation appointment and to determine your hourly rate as determined by our sliding scale.****

  2. Fill out the necessary questionnaire to learn more about your case.

  3. Sign our retainer and pay the fee (this does not include any applicable fees required to process your paperwork).

  4. We open your case.

  5. We provide you instructions of the documents to collect.

  6. We prepare your forms.


Initial In Person Consultation Fee $60.00/hour

There is a standard initial consultation fee of $60.00 per hour.  You are welcome to bring all of your paperwork for the initial consultation, including financial information to determine your sliding scale hourly rate.
