At Munayco Law Firm, P.C., we are committed to providing affordable and effective legal services focused exclusively on family law. Unlike many other firms, we do not charge excessive hourly rates or require steep retainers. In most cases, we offer flat fee options to provide clarity and predictability in your legal costs.
We understand that legal issues involving your family are deeply personal and often stressful. Our primary goal is to help you resolve matters efficiently and amicably, aiming to keep you out of court whenever possible. However, if litigation becomes necessary, you can be confident that we are ready to advocate strongly on your behalf.
Transparent and Reasonable Pricing
Most law firms charge $450 per hour or more—and require initial retainers of $9,000 or higher. At Munayco Law Firm, you can expect:
Sliding scale rates
Reduced hourly rates and flat fee services
No inflated retainer requirements
Consultations and Payment Options
If you need a comprehensive evaluation of your case—including a review of your legal documents—we recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with one of our attorneys.
Initial consultation: $100 for up to one hour
Follow-up consultations: $100 per hour
We accept cash, money orders, checks (note: a $50 fee applies for returned checks), and major credit cards.
